Sierra’s operates as a direct-to-consumer business offering natural, sulfate-free, and chemical-free haircare, skincare, and wellness products. Our products are crafted using pharmacist-led formulation and dermatological research for effective, safe, and long-term results.

 

Shipping Policy (Within Pakistan)

  • We currently ship nationwide in Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days.

  • At present, no shipping fee is charged.

  • In the near future, we may implement shipping fees with free delivery on orders above PKR 4,200.

 

Order Issues & Replacements

  • If you receive a wrong product (i.e., different from what was ordered), you may request a replacement.

  • The item must remain unopened and unused, and the error must be verified via our support team.

  • In such cases, the replacement will be dispatched free of cost.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is found damaged or broken at the time of delivery.

  • You must report the issue immediately with visual proof (images/videos) sent to our support team at [insert email or WhatsApp number].

 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used items.

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of an incorrect item sent (see section order issues and replacements).
